This team has an amazing and also very large endeavor before it: reaching cities! Jesus has every city on His heart and we in All Nations are feeling the sense of urgency to go and see cities touched and transformed with the work of the Holy Spirit!
This team has just formed and is planning a very thoughtful approach. Read below to see what they are doing as they approach this very large assignment:

This project will take place in four cyclical phases representing All Nations values. While the project may end after one cycle, it could continue through multiple cycles if the project is effective, and the manpower is sustainable.

1. Pray/Meet – During this first phase, a combination of two ideals, this team will strategically pray for God’s guidance, connections, and direction while also taking initiative to connect with key movement leaders who are impacting cities in our respective regions. Our goal is to be able to visit and learn from at least five leaders of effective movements. We will also look for gatherings of city-based movement leaders in our respective regions in which we can take part and from which we can learn.
2. Make – Once we’ve been able to meet leaders, we will take time to organize our findings into tools, strategies, stories, and resources to help future movement leaders. We will also compile a list of other city-based DMM leaders and potential allies by region.
3. Gather – We would like to gather people regionally in “symposiums” to pass on some of what we’ve elearned and hear from effective movement leaders.
4. Multiply – Once we’ve gotten this far, we can invite key strategic leaders to join our team, starting this cycle again. We can also release strategic materials and resources to our fieldworkers and church planters so that they don’t have to reinvent the wheel when they’re just starting out.
This Strategic Priority Group's End Goal:
Make available to the All Nations community (and strategic partners) a tool kit / strategy guide for reaching cities, as well as connect them to relational resources / allies who can assist to mentor/train workers.
